The work consisted in the renovation of the waterproofing membrane across Atwater station’s roof under rue Maisonneuve Ouest, the structural work for the addition of two elevator shafts and the redevelopment of premises at the open station.

The work consisted in building two 3-storey extensions in precast concrete as well as adding emergency exits for improved means of evacuation.

Construction and redevelopment work required for the installation of an elevator at the Jean-Talon station and of two elevators at the Jean-Drapeau station.

The extension and renovation of the St-Grégoire school consisted in adding a gymnasium, a library, a staff room, a multi-purpose room, offices, 7 classrooms as well as the redevelopment of the schoolyard.

The work with partial closure consisted in the refurbishment of the Berri-UQAM station’s Sainte-Catherine and Saint-Denis entrances as well as the access corridors leading to the station’s mezzanine.
