Somex St-Nicolas

Somex Saint-Nicolas, the embodiment of your rental quest in a grandiose residential project spanning two phases. Located just a 3-minute drive from the Quebec Bridge, enjoy the tranquility of the South Shore while staying close to the city.

The first phase will offer over 200 units spread over 13 floors and more than 15 common areas for an extraordinary experience. Completed in the spring of 2024, the project is valued at $145 million.

André Benjamin Papineau House Restoration

As part of a major restoration and extension project for the heritage André Benjamin Papineau house, Hulix took on the unusual challenge of combining modern construction with an ancestral building. Using all their expertise and creativity, our team was able to build, at times, with cutting-edge technology, and at others by replicating the construction techniques of the time.

In this partnership between the City of Laval and the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications, Hulix fulfilled its clients' wish to deliver a building that will serve as a showroom and exhibition room for the Quebec artists of tomorrow. It is with great pride that we show you the first images of this building with its singular architectural design. The project is valued at $7.6 million.
